Seeking Applicants for New Jobs!

The Holland Deacons’ Conference is looking to fill positions to provide Community Living Supports (CLS) services for adults with developmental disabilities. Application deadline is August 28. CLS services are scheduled to before the end of  September.*

CLS services seek to increase personal self-sufficiency and facilitating goals of increased community integration, participation, independence and personal productivity. CLS activities and services may occur within both home and various community settings.

We are presently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions (click on links for position and employment application)

Community Living Supports Coordinator and Community Living Supports Specialists.

* HDC’s ability to provide these services is contingent on the final approval from the Ottawa County Community Mental Health Board at their upcoming August meeting. HDC’s proposal to provide CLS services has been reviewed by all the necessary individuals and committees and is being recommended to the CMHOC Board for approval.
